Refund policy

We want you to pay only for a report that works.

You get a full refund if

• the scan failed or the report is empty or broken because of a fault on our side;
• you were charged twice for the same site;
• you ask within 14 days of purchase and have not run a rescan yet.

When we can't refund

• The report was delivered and you used it (including rescans), and the only reason is that AdSense rejected or approved the site. Approval is Google's decision, as our terms explain.
• The scan could not reach your site because the site itself blocks visitors or Google's crawlers. That is a finding, and the report tells you how to fix it — but if you think we got it wrong, write to us and we'll look at it.

How to ask

Email hello@approvalens.com with the report link or your Lemon Squeezy order number. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5–10 business days.
